Project description
Thanks to the coordinated work and high-quality integration of SATEL and IVA Technologies, we managed to create a unique digital platform for unified communication in the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The result was a single communication environment to ensure effective interaction of agency’s employees. We succeeded to fully replace the previous solution built on the products of Avaya which completely ceased its operations in Russia.
Having successfully integrated the PBX into the customer’s network, we made it possible to create and configure user accounts and after-sale services. At the current stage, up to 700 users can be connected to the PBX. Given the flexible scalability of the RTU platform, it will be possible to increase the number of users up to 200 thousand.

Project description
IVA MCU video conferencing platform has been used to organize and conduct meetings of the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
A multifunctional, yet clear interface and uninterrupted connection with a large number of video conferencing participants — all this made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of meetings. The customer is granted the right to independently administer using an extensive set of flexible and necessary settings. Technical tests of the IVA MCU platform under significant load on the system guaranteed the high performance and reliability of the product.
As a result of the implementation, the platform became the main video conferencing service, which made it possible to reduce the costs of numerous disparate communication tools used before. As a result, the service is used by 41 executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife Protection, Ministry of Education and Science, etc.).

Project description
For video conference meetings, the stenographer uses artificial intelligence to recognize the speech of participants. The AI identifies intonations of each speaker using special algorithms and puts them into text. The stenographer has no restriction on the number of participants: technologies allow recording and structuring the words of people speaking simultaneously without losing the essence.
The use of an AI stenographer designed by IVA Technologies has significantly optimized the work processes of the State Council. Thanks to AI self-improvement, the stenographer captures at least 94% of what is said and minimizes possible errors.

Project description
Thanks to the Russian IVA MCU video communication platform, cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev took part in a meeting of Moscow parliament on March 23. This technical solution made it possible to establish a two-way uninterrupted video conference between the International Space Station (ISS) and the Earth in real time. This significantly facilitated communication between the cosmonaut and the meeting participants, allowing Artemyev to actively participate in the discussion and express his opinion directly from space.
The use of the IVA MCU platform also assured all meeting participants of the high-quality communication and information security of this connection.
Russian Railways
Project description
IVA platform is used for projects related to audio and video signal transmission, as well as a corporate platform for video services of Russian Railways.
The flagship solution of IVA Technologies has united employees of the largest transport company throughout Russia. The main requirements of Russian Railways when choosing a video conferencing platform were ensuring superior security and fault tolerance, creating conditions for the continuity of business processes, integration with the telephony system in use, with corporate directories and email clients. An important parameter was the availability of training programs and in-house technical support.
In 2023-2024, Russian Railways held more than 11.5 thousand events on the IVA platform, with about 400 thousand connections. Users have noted the convenient and intuitive interface, wide functionality, as well as fail-safe operation even in places with an unstable Internet connection.

The unified corporate video conferencing platform IVA MCU has been installed at the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport in order to ensure prompt video communication between the central office and territorial departments.
IVA MCU solution from the Russian developer IVA Technologies has demonstrated full compliance with the requirements for the functional subsystems of the ACSCTs (automated control and supervision centers for transport), including scalable multipoint video conferences, the ability to connect both through hardware terminals and through browsers and mobile devices, integration with equipment from various vendors, etc.

Petro Welt Technologies
Project description
In January 2024, Petro Welt Technologies LLC (PeWeTe) switched to the cloud videoconferencing system VKURSE (by IVA Technologies). This made it possible to unite 5 industrial sites in Russia into a single communication network. More than 1,000 employees were connected to the platform for corporate communication and remote co-working.
The main requirements were an option of holding regular meetings and the availability of a toolset for joint work on projects, such as practice sharing, prompt decision-making, new employee orientation, etc. In addition, staff needed to transparently authorize SSO and authorize via the corporate LDAP protocol, which allows for transparent authentication and quick connection of new users to the corporate network of PeWeTe Group.
Since the previous foreign service license expired, the integration had to be carried out in a short time. The platform was connected in just one day, and the setup and software configuration took five.
Now, the VKURSE platform is actively used by managers at various levels, employees of engineering and accounting departments, IT specialists, as well as representatives of counterparties.
